Shipping policy

At GamerForge 3D, every product is made to order. 
This means your item is built specifically for you 
after you place your order — nothing sits in a 
warehouse waiting.

PRODUCTION TIME
All orders are produced within 3–5 business days 
before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or 
holidays begin production the next business day.

SHIPPING TIMES
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking 
number via email. Estimated delivery times after 
shipment:

United States: 3–5 business days (USPS First Class 
or Priority Mail)
Expedited shipping is available at checkout for 
faster delivery.

FREE SHIPPING
Free standard shipping is available on all US orders 
over $40.

TOTAL DELIVERY TIME
Please allow up to 10 business days from your order 
date for delivery. This accounts for production time 
plus shipping transit time.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships you will receive an email with 
your USPS tracking number. You can track your package 
at usps.com.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
GamerForge 3D is not responsible for delays caused 
by USPS or other carriers. If your package is lost 
in transit please contact us at 
[your email] and we will work with you to resolve 
the issue.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged please photograph the 
damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 
We will reprint and reship your item at no charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only. 
International shipping options may be added in the 
future.
